1. Check in /check out
Customers are requested to pay extra dependable charges to get express check in/check out facility.
2. Cancelation /payments
Cancelation of rooms with in 48:00 from the day of reservation is free of cost.Late cancelation is chargeable. Cancelation and prepayments policy is varying by room’s type.
3. Childs policy
Child up to 5years old is complimentary. Above 5 years old child is significant as an extra chargeable person.
Cot or crib on request or need should be confirmed by hotels.
5. Smoking /Alcohol is not allowed inside the building
6. Any Supplementary amount/charges are not auto added to room rent.
7. Any damage of hotels property by customers has to pay the exact amount.
